I sit for hours
Crunching
Biting
No words to write
Nothing in my head
The pain is frustrating
I have something to give
A voice inside me wants to be heard
So I just let them flow
After hours of grinding

Until everything is out
This little voice
That yearns so much to be heard
Pokes me until it bursts open
